1. Definition / คำจำกัดความ
“Product” refers to LED displays, control systems, modules, power supplies, components, and accessories supplied by AVTLED by AvantTech. “Customer” refers to the purchaser or contracting party.
“สินค้า” หมายถึง จอ LED ระบบควบคุม โมดูล เพาเวอร์ซัพพลาย อะไหล่ และอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ที่ AVTLED by AvantTech จัดจำหน่าย “ลูกค้า” หมายถึง ผู้ซื้อหรือคู่สัญญา
2. Warranty Period / ระยะเวลารับประกัน
AVTLED by AvantTech provides a standard two (2) year warranty from the date of delivery or installation completion. Extended warranty options may be offered based on project requirements.
AVTLED by AvantTech ให้การรับประกันสินค้าเป็นระยะเวลา สอง (2) ปี นับจากวันที่ส่งมอบหรือวันที่ติดตั้งเสร็จสมบูรณ์ โดยสามารถขอขยายระยะประกันได้ตามข้อตกลงของโครงการ
3. Warranty Coverage / ขอบเขตการรับประกัน
The warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing faults, faulty materials, abnormal component failures, and hardware-related malfunctions. This includes LED modules, power supplies, control cards, wiring assemblies, calibration adjustments, and performance tuning.
Spare parts will be supplied in accordance with the quantities specified in the official quotation and confirmed project agreement. The availability, type, and quantity of spare parts are strictly based on the finalized project scope and approved documentation.

4. On-Site Service & Response Time / บริการเข้าหน้างานและเวลาตอบสนอง
For confirmed warranty cases, AVTLED by AvantTech provides a 72-hour on-site response, remote diagnostics, component replacement using available spare parts, functional testing, and scheduled system inspections every six (6) months.
สำหรับกรณีที่อยู่ภายใต้การรับประกัน AVTLED by AvantTech จะเข้าหน้างานภายใน 72 ชั่วโมง พร้อมบริการตรวจสอบทางไกล การเปลี่ยนอะไหล่โดยใช้อะไหล่สำรองที่จัดเตรียมไว้ ทดสอบระบบ และตรวจเช็กทุก 6 เดือน
5. Warranty Exclusions / เงื่อนไขที่ไม่ครอบคลุม
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, third-party repairs, electrical surges, improper grounding, moisture ingress, physical impact, environmental exposure, burn-in, software issues, or incompatible accessories.
การรับประกันไม่ครอบคลุมความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี การดัดแปลงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต การซ่อมโดยบุคคลภายนอก ไฟกระชาก ไม่มีสายดิน น้ำ ความชื้น การกระแทก ความร้อนหรือสารเคมี ภาพค้าง ปัญหาซอฟต์แวร์ หรืออุปกรณ์ที่ไม่รองรับ
6. Force Majeure / เหตุสุดวิสัย
AVTLED by AvantTech is not liable for any failure or damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, power grid failures, or events beyond reasonable control.
AVTLED by AvantTech ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดจากเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ สงคราม การก่อการร้าย ความไม่สงบ มาตรการของรัฐ โรคระบาด ไฟฟ้าดับ หรือเหตุการณ์ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุม
7. Customer Obligations / หน้าที่ของลูกค้า
Customers must follow usage guidelines, ensure proper electrical grounding, avoid unauthorized servicing, allow scheduled inspections, and follow content usage recommendations to prevent burn-in.
ลูกค้าต้องปฏิบัติตามคู่มือการใช้งาน ดูแลสายดินให้ถูกต้อง หลีกเลี่ยงการซ่อมที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต อนุญาตให้ตรวจเช็กตามรอบ และใช้งานคอนเทนต์อย่างเหมาะสมเพื่อป้องกันภาพค้าง
8. Warranty Claim Procedure / ขั้นตอนการแจ้งเคลมประกัน
Claims must be submitted via official support channels with details and evidence. Customers must allow remote diagnostics and on-site inspections when required. Defective components will be repaired or replaced according to this policy.
การแจ้งเคลมต้องทำผ่านช่องทางสนับสนุน พร้อมข้อมูลและหลักฐาน ลูกค้าต้องยินยอมให้ตรวจสอบทางไกลและเข้าหน้างานหากจำเป็น ชิ้นส่วนที่เสียจะถูกซ่อมหรือเปลี่ยนตามนโยบายนี้
9. Termination of Warranty / เงื่อนไขการสิ้นสุดการรับประกัน
Warranty becomes void if serial numbers are tampered with, unauthorized repairs occur, incompatible accessories are used, environmental requirements are ignored, or damage is caused by exclusions or force majeure.
การรับประกันเป็นโมฆะหาก Serial Number ถูกแก้ไข มีการซ่อมโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ใช้อุปกรณ์ที่ไม่รองรับ ไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขด้านสภาพแวดล้อม หรือเกิดความเสียหายจากเงื่อนไขที่ไม่ครอบคลุมหรือเหตุสุดวิสัย
10. Limitation of Liability / ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ
AVTLED by AvantTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, downtime, or third-party claims. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase value of the defective product.
